¾ cup powdered sugar
¹/3 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter (do not use fresh or home made)
2-oz cream cheese at room temperature
2-oz imported white chocolate
2 tablespoons (2-oz) sweet butter at room temperature
In a bowl, melt the white chocolate in bain-marie, cool slightly
Add the remaining ingredients, mix to combine
Use for filling of Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart or for truffles
