CHANTILLY CREAM

¡  2 cups manufacturing cream
¡  1 cup sour cream
¡  1 cup sugar
¡  1 tbsp. each Grand Marnier, brandy & vanilla



Whisk cream & sugar together, just until cream starts to thicken

Add sour cream, Grand Marnier, brandy & vanilla
Continue beating cream until consistency you want
Do not over whip or will become grainy tasting

Serve with bread pudding
Fresh fruit and other cakes
