CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

  • 8-oz. softened cream cheese
  • 4-oz. margarine, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 boxes (2-lbs) confectioners sugar
In the bowl of an electric mixer, with the paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese & margarine, until mixed

Add vanilla

Add powdered sugar, a little at a time. continue mixing until all is incorporated

Whip the mixture, at medium-high speed, until light & fluffy

Frost carrot cake, apple spice cake
