CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

¡  8-oz. cream cheese, room temperature
¡  4-oz. softened margarine
¡  3 tbsp cocoa powder
¡  2 boxes (2lbs) powdered sugar
¡  1 ½ tsp. vanilla
¡  heavy cream to thin


Cream cheese & margarine in mixer w/paddle attachment

Add cocoa powder

Add vanilla

Add powdered sugar and mix completely, until light and fluffy
