CHOCOLATE CRACK-UPS

§  4-oz unsweetened chocolate
§  ½ cup oil
§  2 cups sugar
§  4 large egg
§  2 cups flour
§  1½ teaspoon baking powder
§  ½ teaspoon salt
§  1 cup powdered sugar
                                          
                                           Pre-heat oven to 350° ف

Melt the chocolate in the micro-wave until just melted (about 1½ to 2 minutes)

In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder & salt – set aside

In the bowl of an electric mixer (with the paddle attachment), cream the sugar & oil

Add the eggs on at a time; scrapping down the sides of the bowl as needed
Add the vanilla
Add the melted chocolate, mix until silky

Slowly add the flour mixture, mix to combine

Tightly wrap bowl & refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour

In a bowl place the 1 cup of powdered sugar

Spoon out approximately 1-oz of the dough; rolling into balls & drop in the powdered sugar, roll the ball around to coat & place on parchment lined sheet pan – at least 1-inch apart

Bake cookies for 10 to 14 minutes until slightly puffy

Cool to room temperature on cookie for about 30 minutes, store in air tight container until ready to use.

Yields 3 dozen 2½-inch کوکئاس
