MAPLE PECAN PIE

¡  8 eggs, slightly beaten
¡  1 cups sugar
¡  1 cup Karo syrup
¡  1 cup maple syrup
¡  6-oz. sweet butter, cut into bits
¡  12-oz. pecan bits
                             
Partially bake pie shells with the pecans to weight down dough and the butter, in a 350º f oven, for about 7 minutes
Cool slightly

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl

Pour filling into cooled pie shells

Bake until set, for about 40 to 45 minutes in a 350º oven

Cool on rack
Store, covered in the refrigerator

Serve warm or at room temperature with Chantilly Cream, Plain or warmed with ice cream
