CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES

¡  4-oz sweet butter, softened
¡  1 cup sugar
¡  3 large eggs
¡  pinch salt
¡  ¼ tsp. baking powder
¡  1 cup flour
¡  2 tsp. vanilla
¡  ¾ cup chopped walnuts

Pre-heat oven to 350º

In mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar

Add the eggs one at a time

Stir together the flour, salt & baking powder, add to the egg mixture

Add the chocolate syrup, vanilla & nuts, stir to blend

Pour into buttered & floured pan, bake until tester comes out clean, about 30 minutes

Cool brownies in pan on cooling rack before cutting


Store in airtight container in r
efrigerator or room temperature
